weekend snowboard breaks
BACKFLIP?!?!?!?!?! I need some advice please.?

I want to try a back flip on my snowboard this weekend but last time I tired a back flip I landed on my head. I didn’t feel anything since my friends said I apparently got knocked out but I was fine afterwards.

Its probably going to be an average jump for back flips. Not like a cliff or anything extreme.

Whats the worst that can happen upon injuring myself? What if I make it really powdery by the landing? Will that prevent me from breaking my neck or anything like that?

Suggestions?

Thanks!

How good are you on normal jumps. If you’re not so good avoid back flips and other stunts till you become an expert.

Injury- The worst injury you can get is paralysis from head to toes or death.

To avoid injury- Be flexible and land on your hands and knees. Side of your shoulder thus you’ll come of in a roll or broken hand or a collar bone. Both cases are beater than damage to your organs and spine. Body armor does not help.

Good luck.

How to break your new snowboard!
